How long does it take to ship my custom cue?
In-stock cues typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom builds or specific weight requests, please allow 4-6 weeks for precision craftsmanship and finishing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Meucci cues come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that warpage is not covered once the cue has been played, as it is subject to environmental conditions.
Can I request a specific weight for my cue?
Absolutely. Most Meucci cues can be ordered in weights ranging from 18 to 21 ounces. You can specify your preference in the order notes at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unplayed cues in their original condition. Once a cue has been chalked or used, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Meucci products worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
